Mr. Kobi Rozengarten
Chairman of the Board

Kobi Rozengarten is currently a General Partner of JVP (Jerusalem Venture Partners) with over 25 years of experience in senior management positions at global hi-tech companies.
 
Prior to JVP, Kobi served as COO and then President of Saifun Semiconductors where he led the organization from the start-up phase to a successful IPO in 2005. Prior to joining Saifun, he was the Managing Director of Micro-Swiss Ltd. and held several senior management positions at Kulicke and Soffa Industries and Elbit Systems Ltd.
 
Kobi also serves as Chairman of Valor Computerized Systems and as member of the Board of Directors of Altair Semiconductors, Dune Networks, Kovio Inc, and Densbits Technologies.
 
Kobi holds an M.S. in Industrial Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology. He is a member of its Board of Governors.

Mr. Raviv Zoller
Director

Mr. Zoller is a founder and former CFO of Ness Technologies. In 2001 he was appointed as CEO of Ness, a position he held until March 2007. Today Mr. Zoller is the Chairman of Clal Finance Underwriters. Mr. Zoller is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Michael Brunstein
Director

Dr Michael Brunstein has been involved in the management and founding of many high technology companies. He is presently Chairman of Nova and two privately held companies and servers on the BOD of several high tech companies. He was founder and Managing Director of Applied Materials, Israel, and was previously Founder and CEO of Opal. Prior to that Michael was Director of New Business Development of Optrotech. Dr. Brunstein holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Physics from the Tel Aviv University.


Mr. Charles Feingold
Director

In 1985 Mr. Feingold joined Optrotech and moved through the ranks to a business unit manager for North America.

In 1992, Mr. Feingold co-founded Valor Computerized Systems, and managed the US subsidiary.

Mr. Feingold studied Industrial Engineering at Beer Sheva and Tel Aviv Universities, and is a graduate of the Executive Program from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of California Irvine’s Merage School of Business, Executive Program and Long Beach State University of California’s Executive MBA program.

In 2002 Mr. Feingold was voted one of the 10 most influential people in the Electronics Industry by Printed Circuits Magazine.


Dr. Shlomo Kalish
Director

Dr. Shlomo Kalish is Chairman and CEO of the Jerusalem Global Group, a technology focused investment house he founded in 1994. Prior to JGV, Shlomo served as a General Partner of Concord (K.T.) Ventures I, LP, and as a faculty member teaching entrepreneurship and marketing at Tel Aviv University and The University of Rochester. Mr. Kalish holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from MIT (1982), a M.Sc. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT (1980) and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University (1977).


Mr. Amit Mantsur, CPA
External Director

Mr. Mantsur is currently serving as VP of Investments at Ampal. From September 2000 through December 2002, Mr. Mantsur was in charge of Strategy & Business Development at Alrov Group (TASE: ALRPR). Prior to joining Alrov, Mr. Mantsur was a projects manager at KPMG's Financial Advisory Services Division in Israel.

Mr. Mantsur holds an MBA and a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University, and is a CPA license and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.


Mrs. Ayelet Tal, CPA
External Director

Mrs. Tal currently serves as IL Executive Director & CFO of the Israel Venture Network (IVN), a venture philanthropy network of high-tech entrepreneurs and business executives from Israel and the US. Prior to joining IVN, From 2004 to April 2005 Mrs. Tal served as a CFO of dbMotion Ltd. an innovative provider of medical informatics. In the year 2003 Mrs. Tal Served as a financial consultant providing a range of services to companies, largely from the high tech industry. From 1996 to 2002, Ms. Tal was the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. and was an integral member of the firm's worldwide management team. Prior to her tenure at Check Point, Ms. Tal served as an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche Israel for five years, taking a leading role in a broad range of financial projects. Ms. Tal is an Israeli Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
