Dan Hoz
President and CEO
Mr. Hoz serves as Valor’s president and CEO since May 2008, following 5 years as the company’s CFO. Since 2003, Mr. Hoz also serves on the board of directors of Frontline PCB Solutions, a joint venture company between Valor and Orbotech.  From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Hoz served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Frontline.  Mr. Hoz holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben Gurion University, and is a CPA license and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.


Amir Hai
CFO

Mr. Hai joined Valor in 2008, after serving as CFO for Deep Breeze, where he took leading positions in business activities, establishing marketing platforms in US, Europe and Far East, cooperation with medical institutes, and fund raising. His prior experience includes the position of CFO at Shamir Optical Industry (NASDAQ:SHMR), including leading a NASDAQ IPO and handling IR activities, and the position of senior manager in the high tech department at Ernst &Young, involved mainly in IPOs in NASDAQ, Europe and Israel, as well as M&A transactions and international tax planning.
Mr. Hai has a B.A. in Accounting & Economics from the Tel-Aviv Business College.

 




Meir Zelzer
Meir Zelzer
VP R&D
Mr. Zelzer has over 20 years experience in R&D and SW development management. He joined Valor after serving as a Senior development VP in SAP, managing the user interaction division in SAP Netweaver platform. Prior to SAP Mr. Zelzer served as VP R&D at TopTier and IT Director at TesCom. Mr. Zelzer holds a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.


Amit Geva
VP HR
Mr. Geva has ten years of experience in managing global HR, as well as vast experience in organizational consulting. Prior to joining Valor He held various HR positions in Netafim, Amdocs and as an organizational consultant in TACK. Mr. Geva holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business from San-Diego State University (1997). He received his Masters (2001) and Ph.D. (2007) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri in St. Louis.


David Bengal
VP Business Development
Mr. Bengal joined Valor as the president of Valor Europe after performing several senior business development positions in Amdocs. Prior to Amdocs David served as a management associates at Fishman Holdings. Mr. Bengal holds a joint MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University and a Masters degree in Communications from New York University.


Jay Gorajia
VP Professional Services
Mr. Gorajia has 14 years of experience in the PCB industry, where he held various positions including software development, application engineering and project management. Since 1997 Mr. Gorajia acted as VP of Customer Support and Engineering at Valor, in Japan and the Asia Pacific regions. He has published a number of articles and White Papers. In addition to his current role, Mr. Gorajia also established and heads the consulting division of Valor, specifically targeted at introducing better efficiencies and productivity in the engineering workflow of PCBA manufacturers. Mr. Gorajia holds a Bachelors degree (B.Sc.) in Electronic Engineering from California State University at Fullerton and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management.


Patrick McGoff
VP Design Market
Since joining Valor in 1996, Mr. McGoff has held various sales and sales management positions within the company, including VP of Sales for North America, VP of Sales for China and Director of Sales, Strategic Accounts.   Mr. McGoff has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Georgia State University (1979), USA.  Prior to joining Valor, Mr. McGoff was the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Gerber Scientific Instruments, and later managed the North American sales for Valor and Orbotech’s joint venture company, Frontline PCB Solutions.


Julian Coates
VP Assembly Market
Mr. Coates joined Valor in 1994 as Managing Director of Valor's European subsidiary. Prior to that, Mr. Coates was the Northern European Sales Manager, and then VP Sales-Europe, for Optrotech SA, and later Orbotech SA, Belgium (1986-1994). From 1979-1986 Mr. Coates worked at British Aerospace, holding the positions of Mechanical Design Engineer, PCB Production Engineer and Production Manager.Mr. Coates holds a degree in Engineering Science from Exeter University (1979), UK.



Dan Weitzman
President of Valor, Inc. - Americas
Mr. Weitzman joined Valor in 1999 and has over 11 years of software sales and sales management experience in the electronics industry.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (1994).   During his tenure at Valor he successfully developed the US sales channels and in 2006 was promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales.  In 2007 Mr. Weitzman was appointed to run Valor’s Americas operations.  Prior to joining Valor he held various sales and marketing positions at Viewlogic Systems and VeriBest Corporation.


Stephan Häfele
President of Valor Computerized Systems Europe NV
Mr. Hafele joined Valor in January 2007 as President of Valor Computerized Systems Europe NV. With more than 18 years experience in selling, servicing and supporting the European high-tech sector, Mr. Häfele joined Valor from Sigma-C, acquired by Synopsys in 2006, where he was the European Sales Manager and Global Account Manager for strategic accounts. Prior to this, he held various European sales management and key account management positions at GSI Lumonics Inc., and Orbotech. He started his career as an independent sales representative for Valor, EIE Systems and ETEC in Central Europe.


Kay Huat Ong
President of Valor APAC
KH Ong joins Valor with more than 15 years of experience in the Electronics industry, working for companies such as Singatronics Electronics Ltd, Siemens Components Pte, Panasonic Industry of Singapore and Universal Instruments Corporation. Prior to joining Valor, Mr. Ong held various senior positions at Universal Instruments, including Vice President of Asia Sales & Support, managing more than 200 employees. Mr. Ong holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Masters degree in International Marketing Management from Macquarie University of Australia.


Masahiro Yoshida
President of Valor Japan
Mr. Yoshida joined Valor in January of 1998 and co-established Valor Computerized Systems Japan. He has more than 15 years of sales and management experience in the IT industry. During his tenure as General Manager of Valor Japan, Mr. Yoshida successfully penetrated the Japanese assembly market and was appointed in 2003 to President of Valor Japan. Mr.Yoshida has a degree in Science of Information Management from Otaru University of Commerce, Japan.


Lior De Picciotto
EVP Business & Strategy
Mr. De Picciotto has more than 14 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, holding various management positions at Orbotech, including Representative Director of Orbotech Japan, President of Orbotech Pacific and Corporate VP of Marketing and Business Development. Mr. De Picciotto holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh.
