Q: Can you please explain why your customers call you the “Optimizer”
A: Well its simple, I come in and try to help customers improve their SMT productivity by using Valor tools to optimize, group and balance PCB assembly lines. Once we receive the customer's line configuration, we can start to benchmark our tool performance to the software the customer is using. The results are amazing.
Q: Can Valor Assembly Line Engineering (ALE) solutions really perform better than machine vendor’s software.
A: Try us! I guarantee you a 10%-15% improvement in assembly time for your pick and place machines. Valor has a proven record of out performing most of the machine vendors. Optimization is one of our core competence. We have a team of 25 software engineers in Finland and Europe that work around the clock to perfect our optimization tools.
Q: Who should consider using Valor SMT optimization tool?
A: If you work in a high volume environment our optimization tools are perfect for you. If your SMT lines are mixed (two types of machines) you will want to seriously consider an independent vendor tool, such as ours, to do the math and optimize for the different types of machines.
