Value Added Service

Product Training

In addition to providing maintenance and service to customers, Valor support teams also provides value added services that customers may purchase in the form of post-installation training, enhancement training, and selective training courses.

Post-installation training are training programs designed to prepare the site and users’ for the usage of the product, with no pre-existing knowledge expected.

Enhancement Training are material strengthening training course. Advanced topics going into more details of product modules or concepts and reiterating some content and concepts to strengthen the users’ understanding of the material is the main purpose of these courses.

Selective training courses are those courses specially designed to focus on a selective set of modules or concepts. These are normally not included in the Post-installation training, and sometimes not relevant in the Enhancement training due to their scope.

Scheduling of training courses are done through local Regional Support Centers.
